Every Sunday, I stood shoulder to shoulder with my grandmother at the kitchen table, carefully folding dumplings by hand. What started as a simple weekly tradition quietly shaped everything I believe about food today. She showed me that dumplings are far more than a meal or a snack. One batch turned into many, and soon friends were asking to order them to prepare and cook in their own homes.

 

Encouraged by their support, I launched an online shop, offering our family recipe fresh to order and flash-frozen to preserve its flavour and quality. From freezer to table in just minutes, our dumplings brought warmth and ease into kitchens across the city.

 

In 2023, we evolved. We strategically made the choice to focus on B2B partnerships, becoming a trusted vendor to restaurants that wanted the same authentic flavour and craftsmanship at scale. While our production has grown and our operations have been optimized to meet professional volumes, our heart remains unchanged.
